To apply for an apartment, simply visit our website at RenewWorcester.com. Click the "Login" tab in the top right corner, select "Applicant," and follow the prompts to complete your application.
Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!
Renew Worcester offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that short-term leases may be subject to a premium.
You can pay your rent online through our resident portal, or make payments using checks or money orders.
While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection. If you choose not to purchase your own, we offer Liability coverage for a small monthly fee.
Your rent at ReNew Worcester includes water, sewer, trash removal, and gas.
To set up your utilities, simply contact your electrical and cable providers, and they will assist you in setting up the services in your name.
You can choose from Spectrum or Verizon for your internet and cable services.

Yes, uncovered parking is included, and covered garage parking is available for an additional fee.

Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly, and the grounds are perfect for walks. There is also a city park less than a mile away. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a $50 pet fee per pet. Please note, breed restrictions apply.

Yes, we have onsite maintenance available, along with 24/7 emergency services for your convenience.
For maintenance issues, you can submit a request through the resident portal or call 508-519-3035 and follow the prompts.
Being present is optional. With your permission, our maintenance team can perform the work without you being there.
